Many TR practitioners, educators and students in the province look forward to the Annual TRO Conference to learn new innovate program ideas, stay current on the latest TR trends and research, earn Professional Contribution Credits (PCCs) and connect with other TR professionals during the social networking opportunities.


2018 TRO Conference

Therapeutic Recreation Ontario is pleased to announce our 19th Annual Conference at the Brookstreet Hotel in Ottawa, Ontario. 

Call for Presenters

The 2018 Conference Committee is inviting therapists, educators, students and allied health professionals to submit presentation proposals relevant to evidenced based best practices; innovative programs, assessment; facilitation techniques, treatment interventions; management issues, theories/models; research; and other collaborative approaches that advance and develop the practice of the therapeutic recreation profession relating to our theme Grow TR: Re-energize.

Presentation formats include podium or poster. 

Successful presenters will be offered a reduced rate at the conference.
