Stacy JowettTiina LiinamaaFree online survey tools are readily available for all of us to use for personal and business use. However, using these tools effectively to obtain information required is a skill unto itself. Surveyees, for example, must be considered in terms of language and accessibility. Questions must be developed carefully and thoughtfully in order to obtain the necessary information. This webinar will provide important tips and details on how to create an effective survey. Also included are some ideas for distribution and motivation to complete and how to implement one on a small or larger scale (in-house or provincial).
