Upcoming Meeting

The next Community & Outreach Community of Practice meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 21 @ 12:00 – 1:00 pm. For this meeting, please prepare a short “day in the life” blurb/introduction to share with the group to help open up discussions to sharing and collaborative work. 

Meetings take place monthly on every third Tuesday. No registration required. Everyone is welcome (non-TRO members included)! Simply click on the Zoom link in the event calendar to join.

What is a Community of Practice?

This group will bring together TRs working in the Community & Outreach sector to promote, advocate, and share ideas. This Community of Practice encompasses recreation therapists working with clients in a variety of community settings, such as in-house visits, adult day programs, and other community social services settings.

Meetings are led by a TRO Member, but meetings are open to everyone and anyone to attend.
