Initial R/TRO Application: $165 + HST
CTRS Application: $75 + HST

Next Steps:
After submitting your application, the R/TRO Administrator will:
1. Send you a confirmation email, which will include details about the review process, including the review date and the projected timeline for completion.
2. Issue an invoice, which will be sent to you via the confirmation email from the R/TRO Administrator. You can also access your invoice by signing in to your TRO member account and navigating to the Membership Balance section on your home screen- select "current status/billing info" to see any outstanding online store transactions

Please note that this is a one-time application fee and is separate from your annual professional membership dues. The application fee must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the review period. Applications with outstanding fees after the review deadline will not be reviewed.
In addition, payment of the application fee does not override membership requirements. If your professional membership dues are not in good standing at the time of review, your application will not proceed.

Did you know TRO offers an Expedited Review option?

The standard R/TRO application review occurs four times per year: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. If you submit your application outside of these cycles, it will not be reviewed until the next scheduled review date.

TRO offers an expedited review process for a fee of $50. By paying this fee, your application will be processed ahead of the standard schedule— guaranteed within 7 business days. This option is especially helpful for:

Employment-related purposes where a quicker decision is required.
Avoiding delays if your application falls outside the regular review cycle.
